Does not refund - is a scam

I signed up after seeing a fake website that basically said it investigated this company and said it was fake. The link was spam, which I didn't realize at the time, from a friends account that had been hacked.

After I paid the company a total of $126.00 I realized I had fallen for a scam and did not want to participate. Therefore I followed the directions to receive a refund. Below are the email transcripts.

"I would like to discontinue this program and receive a refund. Please let me know what information you need to complete this. DO NOT SHIP a hardcover book to me that is stated in your refund section of terms and conditions below.

"Individual Customers of Online Trade Training, LLC may request a full refund of any product purchased from the Online Trade Training website within 365 days of purchase for any reason as long as the product still remains in good condition. The Customer agrees to return the hardcover training manual and remove any digital data downloaded from our website from their computer. Once this requirement is satisfied, the Customer will receive either a credit on their credit card bill or a check made out in the name of the Customer."

I have not downloaded or received any materials.

I had to send this twice then I received the following response:

Hi, Thank you for contacting us, I assure you that all refund requests are dealt with promptly. Before beginning the refund process, I would like to ask for some feedback. We have found that the vast majority of refund requests are from customers who have found it difficult to get started and make money. While we offer personal coaching to each of our customers, we have been working tirelessly to make it easier to get started and be successful with our program.in order to guide those of you new to this program, one of our mentors has put together a quick start video. It will be made available to all of our enrollees within the week, but I would like you to take a look at it now. You can see it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch? V=nc4ORcHjPCcIt's less than 5 minutes long and provides a very clear direction for making money using our system even within the next few hours.

I then responded:

I do not doubt your system, however it came to my attention that I will be without any internet access for a very long period of time.
Could you please provide me with a phone number where I can go through the process of my refund at a faster pace?

Their response:

We will process a full refund upon receipt of the hardcover book we sent out to you. If you have any further questions about posting links or the link posting certification, please do not hesitate to reply to this email with your questions.

In order for us to process the refund, you need to send the hard cover book we sent you via post office, please send it back and we'll offer a full refund.

This of course referring to the book I clearly asked not to be shipped. So I replied:

The terms and conditions said that it would take 96 hours to even send out the book. I asked for the book to not be sent out to me.
Please provide me with the address the book was sent to, and an address in which to send the book back.
Provide tracking information immediately.

They responded with:

The book was sent out to the following adress: My address was displayed here. Once you receive it, please send it back to the following address:

Portsmouth, NH 03801
United States

Then I asked for obvious information:

Can you provide me with a tracking number, an ETA, and the date when the package was shipped out, even though I specifically requested no shipment.

But they responded:

We do not have that information but it shuld come from USPS first class.

My last email as of July 19th to them:

How can you prove that you shipped the book out to me? It would be convenient for you to say you shipped a book that you didn't actually ship. Therefore I can never return said book because it wasn't shipped out. Then you could easily say that I never returned the book, which was never shipped, so you won't refund me my money.

There are two ways to proceed. You need to provide me with proof from the USPS that there is a real shipment, or you need to refund my money today.

This is ridiculous. I need that money back...
