Our website hosted by onmatrix is down for a week now and no response from Onmatrix. Cannot contact them by Phone and no response to email messages. No responses to trouble tickets, no response to emails except for an auto response. No choice but to opt out. Will never come close to these guys. At the moment I have no way to get my money back. I have paid for hosting for 1 year and have a major portion unused.
