Createaforum.com Is A Complete Ripoff! I Started a Messageboard with them a Few Months Back after seeing advertisements for a free messageboard... After installing the board I Noticed alot of banner adds so i asked about removing the adds with customer service and was told i had to pay to remove them..
After a few months of paying the fees to remove banner adds i noticed the credits were going away much faster and was advised to upgrade to get unlimited banner add service. The figures were way to high as i also run a website and with the fees they were wanting to charge me it would have cost me more to run the messageboard than financing my website..
So I Declined to pay and in return they put a censor on my messageboard. So many words on my forum were censored it was ridiculous!
I Emailed Createaforum with a complaint and they blamed it on the advertisers... Pathetic!!!
I Told createaforum i would not be paying these prices for lousy service and they shutdown my board, and told me either pay or i couldn't have my board back. Then they forwarded my domain address to another website without my consent...
BEWARE: Do not get a messageboard Hosted with these people!
