I'm a man a few words. Unfortunately, I do not have the descriptive abilities of many on this website. I'm afraid what I'm about to write will not give my awful experiences with Banner Bank their proper acknowledgement.
I recently closed my account after over two years with Banner Bank. I should have closed my account sooner, but I tend to put up with crap longer than I should.
The tellers are the rudest you will ever come across. I banked there for two years and was always made to feel like I came there to rob the place. There are few ATMs at any branch. You can only make deposits at the actual bank during banking hours. If you say anything as in a complaint, they really treat you like scum.
I'm 51 years old. I've done my share of banking. Banner Bank ranks amongst the worst I've encountered.
