I wonder how such companies are still on the market

I requested a camera from simplyelectronics.net 10 days before with no indication of shipping. I've delivered them 3 emails to date. But no body has answered to my querry. I'm likely to request a return tomorrow. I wonder how such businesses continue to be available on the market. One thing needs to be achieved against them as rapidly as you can.
