Once again Time Warner is screwing us. We have just been notified that they are moving 5 channels to 'higher up' numbers. You now must have a cable box to access these channels.
When I called and asked why this was being done, I was told it was a network decision. I cannot believe this because only Time Warner is profiting by these changes.
