Since the day I got time Warner I have had nothing but issues. I have never been able to watch my hd channels without them skipping or freezing completely. The normal channels won't skip, if it's a good day. I was told if I free space on the box it should clear that up, nope. The rudest people I have ever dealt with are the customer service representatives at time warner. Everytime I'm on the phone with them I feel like they do nothing but give me attitude, and I'm waisting their time with my issues with this crummy service. I will never get time Warner again.
