I bought an item from them, and knowing that things sometimes fail or get lost, I also bought the shipping insurance so I wouldn't be out my money if anything went wrong.
I waited for it to arrive. After 8 business days with no word that shipping had even started, I contacted them and asked for a tracking number or a refund. I got an email back saying the item had been lost but that they would resend it. They then sent me a tracking number - which I looked up with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and all three said it wasn't a valid tracking number.
I've asked for a refund so I can buy the gun from a company I trust, and now they've stopped answering my emails. I will never do business with this company again. I know they have a lot of good reviews, but if something goes wrong, don't expect them to honor any guarantee they made. If you're going to buy from them anyway, get the insurance so they don't have a way to cheat you out of your money.
