I purchased a pair of $200.00 shoes from this website. The website states that all products are authentic. I interpreted that statement as if all products were real. The website does not state that the products are replicas, therefore I believed that I was receiving real merchandise unless I would have never ordered the shoes. I was completely shocked when I received the package since the company didn't even double box the shoes. The shoe box was completely worn out and beat up since it was only wrapped in some plastic with no support for the box and the website clearly states that all products are double boxed. I contacted the company and they stated they must have sent me sample merchandise and then offered me a 50.00 discount that later could not be refunded due to some technical issues with their computer systems. I would never purchase anything from this website or its affiliates again. I am currently seeking every alternative to receive a full refund
