Giganews
Giganews ripped me off

Giganews are scammers! How come? Read below how I was ripped off by them.

I subscribed to their Diamond plan two days ago.
Here's the description you can find on their website:
"Diamond plan
$34.99 $17.49 (for the firt month of service)

- Unlimited monthly transfer
- 1029 days retention
- 50 connections
- 256-bit SSL
- vyprVPN
- mimo".

I subscribed to that because of Mimo that is a newsgroup browser that allows usenet search.
Other software that allows usenet search are not free. Since mimo was included, I was interested in Giganews' Diamond plan.

The problem is that Mimo doesn't work very well!
Most of the time, it takes up to 99% of my processor ressource (Windows XP)!!! And sometimes it even freezes at the splashscreen.
I contacted MIMO support, here's their answer:
