Bought a $125.00 MoneyPak GreenDot from CVS on May 31 8:09 A.M. Nevertheless, after I attempted to make use of it, I came across the card was faulty! While trying to scratch-off the gold reel to expose quantity, the whole gold reel arrived off getting the number withit! Quantity was unreadable! In a, I instantly named CVS to tell them what happened. The store-manager stated there is nothing they might do. He explained, when the card leaves the shop, its out-of their fingers. He explained I have to contact MoneyPak. Well, which was comforting. And so I instantly named MoneyPak and got a repetition that essentially laughed all the way through my criticism. He should have been a previous statement collector, since he could not care less about my issue. After I used 20 mins about the telephone with him providing him ALL my information including my title, telephone number, my bill day, shop info, card detail... He explained to create copies of the card and bill and send it. He explained "We, may feel the hundreds and perhaps an incredible number of documents to obtain the MoneyPak quantity and somebody can get back in 24 hrs.." 24 hrs!? I have to do my company nowadays, not tomorrow! He continued to laugh. He clearly wasn't an expert. Today, I am out-of $125.00 for who understands just how long the $4.95 service-fee, and of course the price of delivering a fax. I'm an extremely DISAPPOINTED Client and certainly will NEVER risk my cash on MoneyPak again.
