I hired Fiksie to convert my website PSD into WordPress. He advised me that it would take him 3 days, however it has taken me approximately 3 weeks of barely any contact from him (and the contact I did have I was fed lies, false promises and was taken for an idiot).
He has now crafted a detailed story of why he has taken so long, and still refuses to finish the site, or compensate me for my loss of earnings.
He has done some previous work for me, 6 in all, and the earliest he delivered a project was 10 days late. Once again there is an elaborate story each time, and i think he forgets what excuses he has used in the past, a bit like a child in school making excuses for forgetting their homework.
Please do not use this guy, the stress he has caused me and the money he has caused me to lose is 1000 times what it would have cost me to have the site coded by a professional company. Overall I would say I am utterly DISGUSTED with his attitude to his job, considering it pays his bills, and I hope things catch up with him at some point.
