I ordered online a wedding dress size US10, but was sent a dress size US6. I have tried since the May 4th to get this company to accept the return of the dress and make alteration or just refund me the money. They are so adamant not to do either of the above, and yet their policy says they will accept returns and refund in full on items that are returned to them within 7 days. They have been responding to my emails offering me compensations of $15 and $25 on the dress which costed me nearly $300. Its their mistake and not that I am complaining of the craftmanship, its just the size difference is too big to make alterations. They have now stopped replying to me.
