In February I'd an unfamiliar cost of $34 anything bucks on my Amex card. I never buy things under $50 but I store really frequently at Forever 21is site and so I examined my consideration at Forever21 to verify and also the cost wasn't there. And so I got this issue to both my cc organization in addition to Permanently 21. Amex released a return instantly and that I was informed they were attempting to achieve Forever 21 but had no reaction and they had fallen the problem. Therefore my problem was solved but my consideration at Forever 21 was abruptly plugged and thus was my delivery address. After I requested the reps to check on when the cost was even yet in their methods, I had been advised no. I had been subsequently advised to hold back which the misunderstanding could be solved but following a couple weeks my scenario was overlooked.

I've been attempting to clear this up again recently (May) however now I'm being informed THE SAME. That the chargeback was submitted against me for an imaginary purchase that doesn't actually occur. Till nowadays they chose to alter the tale out of left field and declare that the cost DID occur and so I requested for that purchase info just in case it had been scam. They proceeded to deliver me info on $100 purchases that I DID SO spot AND NOT positioned issues about. Therefore again I'd to explain that I had been talking about the $34 cost despite the fact that I express it in NEARLY EVERY INDIVIDUAL mail. Makes me wonder when they actually REALLY study what I sort. THEREFORE today LASTLY I believe we're on a single site plus they comprehend the $34 cost doesn't occur however, you might believe today they are able to unblock my bill?
