Not only did the item not arrive, they completely ignored all e-mail requests

I purchased a NYM football hat from Capitate on 11 April. Not just did them not appear, they totally dismissed all email needs. Ultimately I lifted a via Paypal, again Capitate would not come right into any communication. I subsequently submitted a state with Paypal who've today returned my income. Customers must approach with caution.
