I requested a desk and seats from Madison Sitting. Since I have reside in Europe, the delivery was not free, but was said to be $150. The seats were backordered 2 weeks (that they had no purpose of informing me till i called questioning why the seats did not appear using the desk.) I improved the seats about the order, but rather of altering the order, they produced me a brand new order and charged mean extra $75 delivery.
Customer support representatives were rude, and may care less that their automatic program was getting people extra costs without notice. Furthermore, following figures were never delivered, as guaranteed, when the products were delivered.
Overall, shady organization that seeks sanctuary behind their telephones comprehending that they do not need to place people towards the titles they cope with. Steer clear.
