William (Bill) Cartwright seems to be the owner of WJC Consulting in Corpus Christi. This company provides Information Technology services such as, network management, web hosting, PC sales and services, and PC maintenance.
WJC Consulting set up a web site and message board for an individual named Kenneth (Ken) Young who also lives in Corpus Christi. This web site and message board has been used for nothing other than to personally attack those who Young sees as his enemies. Young is an ex-convict who has resorted to illegally obtaining personal information on his perceived enemies, and posting it anywhere he can on the Internet. He has posted individual social security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, etc. Young has been banned from many message boards on the Internet because of his actions.
He hasn't stopped at posting personal information either, he has besmirched the names of dead family members of his perceived enemies, he has even posted pictures of infants with birth defects and mocked them claiming they were pictures of his enemies when they were infants. If he hasn't deleted the pictures of the deformed infants, they are quite graphic and not for those with a weak stomach.
So how does this relate to WJC Consulting? When complaints about Young's web site and message board, which were hosted on WJC servers and set up by WJC, were made to WJC, they refused to do anything about Young's illegal and immoral actions. William Cartwright later e-mailed an individual who complained and said, Ken Young and I remain personal friends and I still will be of assistance to him in a technical capacity at times.
Is this the kind of company you want to do business with? A company that supports the mocking of deformed infants? A company who when confronted to put a stop to or condemn the actions of the individual instead said they will remain friends with the individual and assist him in the future?
