Made a order for a web based game of $94.60 on 4-3-11. I have tried over and over to get them to either to refund my payment or deliver the intended goods. So far all I hear from them is check back in 4-6 hours. I have wasted more time just trying to get them to talk to me than i have played the game in the past month. I went through PayPal and THAT failed they sided with this company. They will talk to you if you wnat ot make a purchace but they wont give you the time or day if you have a pending order. I have talked to them serveral times about making a new order and they tell me that they have the goods ready to go. Then when I ask tehm to fill teh first order the operator goes away for an extended period of time then the conversation gets ended abruptly. So basically I gave them $94.60 and they are laughing their heads off all the way to the bank. I have seen other reports stating the same thing about this company. Wish i had seen them before i made my initial purchace.
