David Rivera and Hector Salvidor are scam artists. They emailed me multiple times when I expressed interest in ordering 100 signs to be used in a local school board election. They promised to deliver the product via UPS today 5/9 and then gave a bogus UPS# because they never shipped anything. David claimed UPS must have lost the shipment. Nothing but lies from this guy. I have multiple emails and submitted a PAYPAL claim as PAYPAL should just shut them down. They take your money and never ship anything. Next step I will be contacting the District Attorney in Houston and request that they open and pursue a case against these scam artists.
