I downloaded software for, as I thought, USD19.97.in the event I have been billed USD39.94 for software that does not work. I have uninstalled the software (and have had acknowledgement from ParetoLogic) but am unable to contact Paralogic directly. I also note that you intend billing me for enrolment in your automatic renewal service. I require a refund of USD39.94 and confirmation that you will not be charging my account for unauthorised services.
