Ordered Windows XP off Amazon and this company came up

Ordered Windows XP and paid 98.47 and never received the order. They were on Amazon.com when I placed the order. Tried to contact them and nothing came of it. It was on my Visa card The only thing i know of them is what is on my Visa bill. It is as follows www.TEK-MICRO.com LITHONIA GA
