Ripoff made order on 1/30/04 send check for 25.95 and now on 2/11/04 still have heard nothing. I called them and emailed them alot. All I want is my ink. Simm Valley

I ordered ink on 1/30/04. I sent a check for 25.95. Now on 2/11/04 I still have heard nothing. I am disabled and Ii trusted the company. I called and emailed them numerous times to no avail. Did not even get an answer when I inquired. All I want is my ink. This is a poor way to run a business.
