Net Direct Marketing ripoff business scam failure to perform failure to respond liars cheats telephone scam

GPS Precision Tracking tries to sell you on their "great business opportunity" and makes promises that they DON'T keep and then they deny them later.

For instance, During the initial sales call they say they will ship you one of the MLU units for your demonstration purposes to your new prospects and it is included in the startup cost of $2000.00. The unit never arrived! Even after being told several times that it had shipped from California and it will be there in a few days, it still never arrives. Then after a month has gone by, they deny the whole thing.

During the initial sales call, the salesman told me he wanted me to put the $2000.00 on my credit card so that if I was not 100% satisfied, I could reverse it and I was protected that way. Over the next few weeks, I made many attempts to rectify the situation, as I was very interested in doing this business if it was real and they performed what they had promised me.

After many weeks of trying to get the situation rectified I called my bank to reverse the charge. GPS Precision Tracking then lied to the credit investigator and said that I am not eligible for the refund that they had promised me during the sales call where they took my credit card information and put a charge through for $2000.00 on it.

It would appear to me that after you pay them the $2000.00 you should receive what you have been promised. All I received was a booklet and a few pieces of paper.

When I finally got someone on the phone, they didn't know anything and wanted me to buy the MLU unit for an additional $600.00.

The website they make you get and then try and charge you $25 dollars a month after that was of very poor quality in many ways. It had allot of errors and was not totally functional. The product demonstration area did not even work correctly and this was supposed to be your best sales tool, your website. The website stinks, the graphics are poor and it takes several days to get them to fix even a simple spelling error that they made.

Within a day of signing up with them for the $2000.00 dollar fee and before they even did anything they were supposed to do, there was already another person (Dan Marsh) from their organization on the telephone trying to "hard-sell" me on another $7,500.00 worth of advertising.

He (Dan Marsh) tried to pressure me into making this commitment during that call and BEFORE I had a chance to even look at any of the other things that they had promised to provide and were supposed to be providing for the original $2000.00 investment.

Their claim to the bank for denying a refund was that "They went beyond the amount of necessary attention given to this client" I am not sure how that can be, when they did not even do the minimum of what they promised to do in the first place.

I have in writing on the document I signed that I expect the 90 day satisfaction guarantee they promised as per the telephone sales call. And they are still refusing the refund.

Watch out! They are completely dishonest, their work is cheap and incomplete and mostly they are outright liars.
