I just saw usacomplaints.com of case number 671209 and had the exact same thing happen to me but it was dated on my bank statement as having to pay 12/20. I paid the initial 79.95 and they took off waht apparently was on my computer. I tried to access the program to scan my computer a day later and found that the program was non-existent. I have not called the company and it seems that the pcbug repair website i cannot access as of 4/22. I thought this was an odd thing because i could not find the program and was wondering what the heck happened. I have not be reinbursed for my 79.95 and plan on following up with this immediately now that i know it has happened to many other people. Any suggestions on how to get my money would be greatly appreciated.
