Is it just me or am I the only one with this complaint. I have bill pay on line with my bank, I love bill pay it is the best thing since sliced bread, but Twice now I spent time setting up an e-bill account on line once with AM EX the other a local utility. Everything starts out fine then one day I get a message that says... Your bill can not be accessed and viewed in PDF with a link to AM EX website. I spent days and hour on the phone to finally find out all they want you to do is log on to your bank, pull up your e-bill to be directed to their website to log in again! I am sorry but BITE ME! If I wanted to log into your website to check my bill I would not go to my bank. I called AM EX and complained... It fell on deaf ears. So they are back to sending me paper bills again. I hope everyone does this to you AM EX!
