I put online purchase two days before. Required to regulate shipping choice to improved. Called them and sat on-hold 20 minutes awaiting a repetition. Ultimately quit a speech concept given that they were clearly not likely to reply. Sent them a contact regarding this. No reaction. Called again today. Lay on-hold AGAIN for nearly half an hour - subsequently their program reduce me down and hung-up on me. Horrible customer support. Terrible.
