Twelve months previously an AT&T sales person closed me-up to get a promotional offer without revealing the truth that it needed a-one-year contract, that was likewise unclear in the paperwork they delivered. Everything appears extremely questionable in my experience, and he also informed me that there is "another organization included" which made it problematic for him to honor claims made. I requested to talk to his supervisor and he explained he did not have one — he was essentially their own boss.
