About 4 weeks ago, I noticed found a webpage on domaintools.com which contained not just my former domain name (which I had expected), but also my full name, personal home address, e-mail address, phone number, and the transaction information from the company that I purchased the domain name from. I sent an e-mail of complaint to domaintools.com, but they never e-mailed back a response.
A week passed before my personal information was removed from their page, but for some reason, they kept my entire home address so that when I googled my name, the address appears in full view as a description of the webpage.
I have sent another e-mail to them about this over a week ago, but still I havent received a response. I dont know why they would do such a thing as put someones personal information out there and not expect people to get upset about this. It is irresponsible. Im glad to know that other complaints have been made about this company.
