I won on wincashes scrathie card game and noticed i did not receive my money i won 5 x $20 on them and didnt get the cash i spoke to there credit department and they said they had a technical issue so i said fine. 7 weeks later i still dont have they money after numerous emails then they turned around and said it was my computer i have proof of winnings through photos and have kept all of there emails saying it was there system faults what a rip off site.
