This company gave me a $41.00 sign-on bonus to download their software. So, I downloaded it on my computer. They credited my account $41.00 and I started to play on it. When I got up to $200.00 I called their customer service department to see how I would go about to withdraw my winnings.
Their representative explained to me that I would have to meet their wager requirements of $1600.00. He then proceeded to tell me that I had already played almost $1000.00 and I didn't have very much further to go.
So, I continued to play on with my winnings. I exceeded the wager limit. My account was up to $3700.00, so I continued to play some more. When I was finished, I had approximately $1400.00 left in my account.
At that time, I wanted to withdrawl my winnings, so I needed to print out their form and fax back a copy of my Driver's license and my credit card with the form. At that time I went ahead and called back to their customer service department. I asked them if they received my information and how they were going to get winnings to me. She said that they would wire me the money through Western Union. But, I needed to fax their security department a piece of mail showing proof of my physical address. Then they would pay me what I was owed.
The next morning, I went to their website to check the status of my account, it said that I had $0.00 and 1837 comp points. So again I called their customer service department and they said I had multiple accounts signing on from my computer so they forfeited my money. I explained to them that I only had one account.
Finally, they told me that I had to email my complaint to their security department. I have yet to hear from them.
