I did business with this individual/company once before, without problems. My transaction went to one e-mail address... No problem. This time, they are sending my transactions to another e-mail that i have. After writing them, asking them to send it to the proper e-mail (the same e-mail they did before), they will not respond nor correct the problem. The website states 'money back guaranteed'. If they can respond and correct the problem... I want my money back. That is all i ask. It's been 5 days... And i have been writing to them since... Everyday.
