I signed up with these scumbags in December. Before giving them my money, I spent some time researching them. I googled the name, and of course found a few bad reviews; but for the most part people were singing their praises.
I then looked them up on the BBB website, where I found 58 total complaints, of which 48 had been resolved, over a 3 year period. This is a pretty good record when compared to reputable companies, some have hundreds of complaints a year. I reviewed randomly several of the complaints, and found nothing suspicious; it seemed the company had gone out of their way to satisfy these individuals.
The way I got sucked in is much the same as what I've been seeing on these usacomplaints.com sites - lots of enthusiasm, and talk of all the money to be made doing this marketing scheme - they make you feel special by telling you you'll be a poster child for their infomercial success testimonials.
