On Dec 7, I ordered a Dell DeskTop 2400 complete with speakers, printer, the works.
I was told my Atm credit card did not work on such high amount so he was going to break it down in smaller amounts. He stated that it still would not go through. He stated I needed to send an overnight mail check for the full amount. Which I did. (I am NEW to this computer world).
On Dec. 11 I received the computer and moniter. On Dec12 Ireceived another shipment, I thought was the printer. IT was another computer and moniter.
I immediately called Dell and told them there was a problem they apologized for the mistake and made immediate arrangements to have it picked up. The next day an over night mail express carrier picked it up for return. Then the UPS carrier arrived with my printer. The next day I received 2 more printers I did not accepy them I sent them back and called my bank.
As I had suspected they charged my card and cashed my check! This is Right before Christmas I don't have an extra 1000.00 laying around and now I didn't have money to buy Christmas for my grand children!
They I wrote them Emails, I called them all they could say it would be in the next 1to2 billing cycles before they could return it. I explained my billing cycle is everyday which is how they took it out the next day. On Dec 23
I finally received the money for the computer. AS OF today Jan. 25 Istill have not received my money for the printers.
