Wix is a scam, a sham. I purchased the so-called website service/hosting for $99. I cancelled three months later. I called New York. Rude. Promises ignored. I called Israel. No answer. Scam.
I disputed with Visa after the unauthorized charge appeared in 2010 and a failed attempt by WIx again in 2011. Shockingly, Wix disputed my dispute. Liars. Scammers.
The website template is crap. This is a total waste of money. Obviously a scam. Fortunately I scrutinize my credit card bills now... To make sure these unauthorized charges are found. WIX.com is a scam.
