Did not receive tickets until the day of the event

Didn't receive seats before evening of the function despite the fact that I requested the "on-line" optio 8 weeks preceding. After I named to inquire about the seats the night before I approached the "crisis point." I named at 2:00am and left a note. 20 minutes later I receive a call-back after I described the problem towards the guy about the telephone. "The show is tomorrow at 7:00 pm and that I will soon be on the highway until then. I still don't possess the seats." He replied with "Are you significant? That's your crisis at 2 e-time each morning? Can not you simply pull-over in a kinkos or anything?" If that isn't a solution crisis... Just what qualifies as "an urgent situation?" And what great might tugging to a kinkos dome when the seats were HOWEVER TO BE delivered to my email? Extreamly rude service. Won't ever use ticket stub again.
