I bought a software program online from Mobiteq (www.mobiteq.com) for a program called TOTAL FITNESS - a program for blackberrys (mobile units) that tracks food and exercise and does a calculation for calories, etc. It is an excellent program.
The company's guarantee is that all upgrades are included. I have upgraded once when I changed bbs for a new model. No problem.
Now I have a Torch and need to upgrade again. All that is required is a registration number. I have emailed (the only form of communication they offer) and requested a new registration #. No response. Not an acknowledgement... NOTHING!!!
It has been over a week and at least 7 or 8 emails from me. How can a company do this??? The website is www.mobiteq.com
