Pop-up telling me I must purchase their antivirus program when my computer was full of viruses and spyware

Attention:

I was under the Impression that this antivirus program was a legitimate one. So I purchased their particular program when my computer was under attack from viruses, spyware and an apparent intruder. Their ad kept popping up, warning me that only their program could rid me of all these problems, but to no avail. They sent me a registration key which was useless because I could not even get to to registration site. When I decided to impliment their 30 day money-back guarantee it also proved useless as I could get to no site.

I was very upset and had to in turn take my computer to a computer repair store for a tune-up and clean-up to rid myself of the of the viruses and spyware problem. It was a success, I then tied in vain to contact said site for a refund, but to no avail, what a scam.

I know I am not the only victim of this injustice. That is why I filed this report.
