On August 8th I requested hair-care items, that we paid $87.80 (incl delivery). The products never came. After a lot of emails to that the organization didn't react to, I attempted to telephone (am an expat residing in Shanghai, China), no method to reach keep in touch with an individual. I should have delivered 30 emails to that they guarantee to react to - but never did. They got my cash - but never delivered the products - and by not answering my emails I think about this organization completely shady and therefore are scamming customers. Have continue reading the net of others worrying comparable organization.
