A 1shoppingcart review of the refund policy will easily show you that this company is so arrogant that they will not let you cancel unless you remember to cancel 7days in advance.
If you go 1 day over, they charge you for the entire next month even though I clearly canceled before my last month was up. I was actually 5 days early!
This is insult to injury as the only reason I quit, the only reason I looked for a 1Shoppingcart alternative was because of the fact that 1Shoppingcart was down for entire weekend which obviously killed my sales and the sales of everyone else they ave as a shoppingcart customer.
1Shoppingcart only offered me 1 month of free service which does not even come close to the amount of money I lost due to their down time.
It seems like it's always 1 problem after another with 1Shoppingcart and now they even cheat me on the way out the door by over charging me to quit their lousy service.
Oh, and don't think for a second that their support is free - it's not! They add bugs to the system and then have the nerve to charge $34 to speak to support. 1Shoppingcart ripoff on top of a ripoff on top of a ripoff!
