In the past 2 years I have been overbilled OVER $750 in charges that I had nothing to do with. I signed up on this site just to tell everyone Verizon is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. I raised my voice at a customer service agent after I was charged for $37.50 25 411 calls nobody ever made and he called me a woman beater. I can't imagine a company worse than Verizon. Customer service is a joke. I am BEYOND mad with this company. Avoid. I'd rather not have TV or Internet or Phone than have to deal with their BS every single month.
