I bought a laptop from the company at the Allentown Computer show. It was a bit overpriced, but they offered a good warranty. A few days after the purchase, the space bar became very difficult to use. I contacted them through the email address they gave, and they offered to send me an external USB keyboard. I notified them that would not be acceptable as it did not return the laptop to its original condition. They never answered another email.
