In this day of the allmighty dollar, it is sad to see that, it, is the only thing that drives a company the size of Dell. It is my experience that prompts me to file this report. I am not person of great wealth, and to see what companies the size of Dell, take advantage of customers, like myself, is really enraging.
This all starts with me going on line to buy my first computer. Wanting to buy the right combination about halfway through ordering on line I have a question, so while online I call sales, they easily guide me through my problem, and at end of process offer me a in home service contract, they forget to tell you that you are the service man. I would bet the auto industry would like to sell warranties like that.
Needless to say I could go on, and on. So I will make this short. Wrong computer came, 2.2 mhg, verse the 2.4 I ordered
Start having problems with the one that did come,
been lied to put on hold for countless hours
taken time off of work on promise of phone call, which didnt happen, still no repair man, and the problems still are not fixed.
Best advice is dont buy dell, anything but dell, they will put you through, "dell hell" on earth.
