Ordered a new laptop, 1-21, undelivered, Fed Ex has no record of shipment, THIEVES, RIP-OFF, FRAUD, THEY SHOULD BE HANGED

They should be Hanged. Fraud. Thieves, Parasites, A waste of Oxygen. Orded a new laptop on 1-21. Got an email saying shipped Fex 1-28. Fed Ex has no record of a shipment to my address. Liars. Won't answer phone calls. Won't answer emails. Thank GOD I used PayPal. Filed a claim 2-16. I'm planning on filing charges with the FBI for INTERNET FRAUD. They have alot of Bad Karma coming to them.
