I requested a set of trousers on January 13th. They came January 20th. These were too-tight and so I delivered them back the following day, January 21st, to switch for that next larger size. Fourteen days passed and that I never got any type of e-mail verification they had delivered the brand new types or something. I'd delivered 2 emails meanwhile for their customer support requesting concerning the purchase. I've yet to obtain any reaction to either of those emails. I named on January 3 (2 wks after I delivered them back). I had been informed they'd simply prepared them-and it might occupy to 2 wks to send the following set. It's now been 2 more months and that I still don't have any trousers. It's been 5 months.
