January 1st my Kstyler might no further switch on. I named customer support along with a boss responded the telephone (WOW!) She was excellent and explained to deliver the hair straightener back having a look for $19.99 for warranty replacement. She stated that I'd obtain my new one in 7-10 days. I delivered the bundle back 'licensed' through the postoffice. The organization obtained it on January 12th. I named customer support round the 26th to discover where my alternative was. The lady was rude and explained I must be individual w/d it had been on backorder and wouldn't be delivered for just two months. She explained to not contact again, simply view your mail to get a concept that it had been delivered. I named nowadays, Feb. 10th along with a rude woman called -KELLY hung-up on me
I called back and also the next woman wouldn't provide me her name-but she stated these were on backorder for 4-6 months. That's the finish of March
Why was I not informed 3mos. For back-order in the beginning. When questioned why they cashed my check before shipping out the purchase, the repetition was quiet then stated, "Mam, it's on backorder for 4-6 weeks!"
Then she put up.
In my opinion the corporation is managing a CON and people alleged customer support representatives shoiuld be embarrassed of themselves for employed by this type of SCAM! I assure I'll never visit a replacemnt E-Styler appear at my door!!!
