I've been a Comcast Customer for over 5 years, bringing Comast with me everywhere I go. Unfortunately, I've been late once (recently). I've called Comast twice, and both times, they won't allow me to make arrangements. I'm talking about 2 day grace. So, I'm upset and ask to cancel my account... The reps told me I need to pay the full balance before they can cancel "their" service.in the meantime, they said, charges will continue to accural. This is totally unprofessional and busines unethical. I will cancel my account and NEVER use COMCAST again. Didn't they suppose to change their customer service? When did this happen? Lol I'll pay the full amount of my bill in 2 days, but I will notify everyone I know about my experience and hope COMCAST goes bankrupt. Completely... Rediculous. - Kevin
