An NTB mechanic destroyed my engine and will not accept responsility for the damage. I would like to be contacted by the CEO conerning a very bad pattern / outcome when NTB and Gallagher - Basset review the case.
This pattern is frequent enough to cause concern of a " company / insurance agreement " and should be reviewed by the CEO. It is unjust and blatent denial of this style of claims.
