Purchased a Roku Participant. Delivered it inside a week. It got nearly six months and three telephone calls to obtain my reimbursement which DIDN'T contain mailing expenses. Therefore their $78 participant price me over $20.00 in shipping. Their so-called return policy doesn't suggest that customer gets caught with every shipping charges. Their Customer Support gets you plenty of servile apologies and little else.in my opinion I eventually got my credit. Without the shipping charges, after dropping my awesome on my next telephone call for them. I suppose they simply anticipated receiving another phone my an extremely angry American lady.
I'm distributing the term to all my friends. Never purchase the corporation's item.
