I was looking for a heavy duty laptop mount for my 06 Hummer H3. I come across several items on eBay, national mounts caught my attention because they offer FREE upgraded oscillation swing-arm, & also state in big bold red font that this item will arrive at your door fully assembled! I called the company which has there phone number listed on there auction with a statement Questions? Call us direct at 561.623.0662 or 561.352.3982 I spoke with a gentlemen um which I did not get his name, I had some questions about if I was able to use this item with the passenger seat all the way forward, he replied that I could, he also made the statement if you order today, your item will be shipped today again that was a huge selling point.
