Ordered a print cartridge from TFP before reading reports on the internet. The reports read that the cartridges took forever to arrive and then didn't work and that there was no customer service. A day after I ordered my cartridge (on a weekend) I called and emailed messages to TFP instructing them to cancel my order. The next Tuesday (first day they were open) I called twice and reached David who said that my order had already been shipped - on Jan. 17th. He assured me the cartridges would work and offered an explanation for the difficulties reported online. Today is Feb. 7th, 22 days later, and still no cartridge. Looks like the reports online were accurate. I have learned my lesson about TFP, International. Time for an attorney and the Attorney General.
